"The project that saves lives"

In November 2017 Henry Winter, Chief Football Writer for The Times published an article about Coping Through Football and how it is leading the way to help some of society’s most vulnerable people.

“When politicians next fulminate against the greed and moral vacuum of modern football, consider this: an innovative, life-changing project exists in London that stages training sessions and games kicking off at 2pm because participants are still lying in bed in the morning, unable to get their day started because of medication. Football gets to parts that government can never reach.”
